Shipping Policy

Please Note: The Shipping Policy provided here is only applicable when products are made available for sale and are ordered directly on the Hello Bellissimo websites, located at https://hellobellissimo.com and https://shophellobellissimo.online

Direct orders are estimated to ship within 1 -10 business days of placing your order/ upon receipt of payment.

If there are any issues with the address, name, or order, please contact us at shop@hellobellissimo.com as soon as possible to see if we are able to make any changes.

For all international orders, the customer is responsible for all customs and duties that may be due upon arrival of the package (if applicable).

Hello Bellissimo and it's workers are not liable or responsible for shipping/replacements/refunds of any of our items ordered via external accounts or websites (ie. Amazon, SHOPIFY, etc.) 

Refund & Return Policy

Please Note: The Refund & Return Policy provided here is only applicable to products ordered directly on the Hello Bellissimo websites located at https://hellobellissimo.com and https://shophellobellissimo.online

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if for some reason you are not then please send an email to shop@hellobellissimo.com within 14 days of the date you received your order and we’ll do everything we can to find a solution.

Please note, you will need to provide a description of the problem as well as pictures of the damaged item/s and its packaging (obligatory). If your claim is approved, we will work our hardest to solve the problem as quickly as possible. Where possible, we will try to send a replacement of the damaged item/s. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Unless requested, do not return the item as we will not cover the cost of return shipping.

Once the item has been shipped, Hello Bellissimo and its workers are no longer responsible for any of the following:

  • any lost or stolen items,

  • for damages caused by improper handling,

  • for shipping addresses that are incorrect or entered wrong at check out. (We will not replace these items once they are shipped so please double-check and make sure you enter the correct shipping address!),

  • for purchases made via Amazon or Shopify. (In this case, please contact Amazon and/or Shopify directly for returns, refunds, or any other issues).
